Chocolate Rum Balls



This is from my partner's family cookbook!! They have amazing recipes!


CHOCOLATE *** RUM *** BALLS



  • 3 cups of cake crumbs

  • 3 tbsp of apricot jam

  • 3 tbsp of cocoa

  • 1/2 cup of chopped raisins

  • 2 tbsp of rum

  • 2 tbsp of water

  • 2 tbsp of extra apricot jam

  • chocolate sprinkles


Mix together cake crumbs, cocoa, raisins, jam, and rum to a stiff paste. Make approximately 24 balls and place on glad bake tray. Heat extra jam and water. Dip balls into this and roll in sprinkles. Place into patty pans if desired. Chill in the fridge.
